I didn't notice that! I thought the previouslies sounded different from usual, though.
Yeah, he speaks them a lot more urgently. It's hot, but also pretty bizarre, as somewhat inappropriate.
I like this insight very much--it ties together the various threads of the episode very nicely.
It took me a while to find something to connect at least some of the threads - it completely leaves out Mayalejandro, for instance, and also Ando and Mohinder's home situation. Besides, it's positive that Mohinder plays undercover agent, despite all the evident danger, so I'm not completely sure it really holds up.
I do have to wonder how self-aware Sylar is with this statement. Does he really not realize that he's doing the same thing as Candice?
I doubt it. Sylar and the concept of self-awareness absolutely live on different planes.
I hadn't noticed the similarities to Papa Petrelli. I'll have to read War Buddies again. But it would be hilarious if this is what they were going for. Peter originally left the family business, defying his dad, but it looks like the mobster gene is kicking into action here. *g*
It does run in the family, without a doubt. And I assume this is what they were going for with Dallas before it all went to hell in a handbasket, and even later on I suspect he was meant to come across as tough but decisive instead of psychotic.
She's in her seventies?! Wow.
She is 74. She must have a portrait hidden away somewhere.
I'm sorry to hear you have the flu. I hope you feel better soon.
