We'll just ask you a few simple questions
Apr. 7th, 2007 11:26 amSince I took part in
spectralbovine's version of this very same meme, I also, naturally, have to dutifully play it through myself, so, without further ado:
Comment to this post and I'll:
1 - Tell you why I friended you.
2- Associate you with something. A fandom, a song, a colour, a piece of fruit. ANYTHING.
3 - Tell you something I like about you.
4 - Tell you a memory I have of you.
5 - Associate you with a character/pairing.
6 - Ask something I've always wanted to know about you.
7 - Tell you my favorite user pic of yours.
8 - In retort, you must spread this disease in your LJ.
So, please, ask and you shall receive.

Date: 2007-04-07 03:14 pm (UTC)1 - I friended you because of MI.net, and I stayed friended to you because I like reading your posts and keeping up with you in general.
2- I associate you most closely with Amanda Seyfried. I'm not sure you still like her as much as you used to, but you were such a big fan of her when we met that thinking of you definitely brings up her image.
3 - I like the enthusiasm and determination you constantly display.
4 - I remember spelling your real name wrong and how that lead to a rather bizarre series of misspelled words, which somehow exemplifies MI.net for me. Wordplays that develop indefinitely.
5 - Heather/Sarah from Big Love, most definitely. I also - don't scream - associate you with Logan Echolls, because even though you dislike him intensely, you are still pretty rational about it - a trait that is very rare in fandom.
6 - Are you planning on travelling Europe any time soon?
7 - "Amanda pondering." See also: 2. And sorry for not displaying the picture here, but I have no idea how to do that without hotlinking.

Date: 2007-04-07 04:51 pm (UTC)2 - Oh I still like her. Sometimes other stuff gets precedence.
3 - Yahoooooooo! Hee.
4 - Hee. That was funny.
5 - Aw thank you for saying I'm rational. Lol.
6 - I wish! Alas no trips for me are on tap. This year is sister and Dad's solo year and I'm probably going to be working every summer until I graduate and then I need to get a real job :o Hopefully, something will come along sooner rather than later :D
7 - *uses it* And quite alright, I think people were just hotlinking the userpic off lj because we were on lj. Heh.

Date: 2007-04-08 10:29 am (UTC)1 - I friended you during a large HMM friending rush.
2- This might be a little odd, but I do heavily associate you with the wee winchester drawings, mostly because you use them as icons. It also makes me think that I know you far longer than I really do, because I used to be in the Supernatural fandom, ever so briefly.
3 - Talking to you is great, but we do it far too little.
4 - That one time when we realized we have this one very specific thing in common.
5 - Dare I say Daniel/Betty? How are your thoughts on Henry, though? Loving, visciously hateful, indifferent?
6 - This screenplay guy, did he ever contact you again?
7 - I'm torn between Wee Dean with the books and the Purse of Vengeance.

Date: 2007-04-15 10:30 am (UTC)I had a little ::thinky:: moment over what we have in common before it hit me. Such a silly girl, I am.

Date: 2007-04-08 10:44 am (UTC)1 - That was some time after we met on the HMM, but before the Great Breakfast LJ friending rush.
2- This one's almost too easy: I associate you with ... Jess. Or Milo in general, but mostly Jess.
3 - You seem very open and direct to me. If you are in a bad mood I know it, but that's cool, because I also know that it will go away again. And if you're in a good mood, you are very inspiring. Generally, I think you're fun to hang out with. (As is your evil twin, and your strangely brotherly alter ego)
4 - I'm not entirely sure this was you, but the first days of the HMM were a bit chaotic, so forgive me if I'm wrong, but I seem to remember that you didn't get what was so hot about Adrian Pasdar at first. That seems to have changed to a certain degree, which I liked (for some odd, bizarre reason).
5 - Again, Jess. Or Jess and Rory? I find No. 5 a little too close to No. 2, these two should be merged.
6 - Do you have any
place (be that in the USA, or anywhere else in the world) that you really want to visit? And if so, why?)
7 - I'm torn between Down With Love - which I still haven't seen in all it's entire glory - and "Moonlighting is danger, thrills and the unexpected."

Date: 2007-04-08 01:56 pm (UTC)I don't know if it was specifically me, but yeah. I didn't get what was so impressive about AP at the beginning. It took me until the Vegas episode with Jessica to realize "Hey, openshirt!Nathan is kinda hot." At first, I blamed it on the fact that Milo distracted me in all their scenes, but then when we re-watched them, he wasn't that hot in the pilot. He got hotter as the season progressed.
Generally, I think you're fun to hang out with. (As is your evil twin, and your strangely brotherly alter ego)
Back atcha! (Me and my multiple personalities.)
Do you have any
place (be that in the USA, or anywhere else in the world) that you really want to visit? And if so, why?)
I really want to go back to Israel, because it meant so much for me to be there in the first place. But I'd also love to visit Europe. I've wanted to for as long as I can remember.

Date: 2007-04-08 10:53 am (UTC)1 - I friended you during the Great Breakfast LJ friending rush. And now we are stuck with each other.
2- I associate you with Nine. I should probably associate you with Claude, but I think Claude is way too grumpy for you, that's why I go with Nine, who fits your personality much better.
3 - You seem so very bouncy and enthusiastic. I find that very cool. I'm always in a good mood when you are around, even if you are beating me with a stick.
4 - I remember vividly the page 666 party. You invisible with a stick, me in a Ramones t-shirt with a brain... good times.
5 - To not repeat 2 in this slot all the time I associate you with - Curious George!
6 - Do you have any plans what to do when you've finished school? Any direction you want to go in?
7 - "I have to save the manatees." It's awesome! May I steal it?
(no subject)
Date: 2007-04-08 01:41 pm (UTC)2)Aww, Nine!! Who do you like better, Nine or Ten?
3)Aww, thanks! Hee. Stick.
4)Yes! Oh, ahem. *WHACK!* It was a love whack.
5)Hahaha, wonder why?
6)Oh yes. After college, where I will double major in theatre and psychology or history, I will move to New York and try to make it in theatre. If after two years the best job I've managed to get is street walking (not that I would EVER take that), I'll go back to college and get my Masters in my second major.
7)Oh, most definitely! I grant you permission to steal!

Date: 2007-04-13 08:36 pm (UTC)Seven. He was the Doctor I watched in my childhood, and even so he is much maligned, he is my Doctor.
I do like both Nine and Ten; however Ten is more The Doctor for me (though I've seen and liked David Tennant in other roles), while Chris is Chris, first and foremost. I've seen him in quite a lot of stuff, and somehow I can't just see him as one specific character.
Great plans. Good luck with that!

Date: 2007-04-08 11:04 am (UTC)1 - I friended you because I knew you from the VM boards and liked what you wrote in your journal. Yes, strangely enough it was not because of MI.net.
2- I associate you with science (yes, that is excessively broad, but work with me here). You obviously enjoy your field of expertise, without losing all your abilities for normal human contact, which is a great combination.
3 - During the time I've known you, you always seemed like a genuinely nice guy to me, and I've yet to find out anything about you that contradicts that.
4 - For some reason all the comma discussions come to mind. Don't hold it against me, I found them very helpful.
5 - I associate you with the pretty women of Veronica Mars, who sadly often have the tendency to be doomed. But that's noir for you.
6 - Ninjas or Pirates? Also, have you ever done RPGs?
7 - I think I did this one before... my favourite icon of yours should be the Wonderfalls one with the Cow of Pain. I love the cow creamer.

Date: 2007-04-08 01:44 am (UTC)dammit, I am having the worst time with commenting in the wrong places. I deleted it, but here's what I said:
oooh, meeeeeeee! I won't do it back in my lj because I suck, but I will do you back here!

Perhaps it would be wisest if you'd call me.
